Session Description

Learn best practices from someone who has made scheduling a career and has the experience and credentials to prove it. Often the issue with the schedule is not your ability to provide a detailed plan, but your approach to the schedule. If you have ever wondered if you are scheduling for the right reasons for your business, whether your guidelines provide consistency, if your approach to resource management is efficient, and whether your process of staying on track is working, then this session is for you! (new paragraph) You will hear stories about customers who have succeeded or failed and what they learned from their experience. To illustrate key points, demonstrations will be provided in Microsoft Project/Project Online. This session is suitable for those both new to scheduling as well as experienced schedulers who want to confirm their approach. Your session leader has experience solving scheduling problems with thousands of companies and will share the insights she’s gained from working with them.
