This is a brief introduction to Project VBA describing best uses etc. It then runs through creating a working sample of a macro to create an unlinked consolidation of multiple project files and then add some inter-project links.
This demo creates a very useful start for a common problem we see in the Microsoft Project forums. The macro forms the basis for many multi-project and resource reports.
