Successful Program Management is critical for many organizations since the large scope and investment on large Program might be critical to many organizational. Even so the Project management practices are already matured and well implemented in the area of Project management and even for Portfolio management, they are not so mature and defined for Program Management.
In our session we will focus on Matan methodology and supporting tools to enable managing programs better by defining and managing the integration between the different projects in the program while managing the integration.
