In this talk we’ll describe how to use both SharePoint and Microsoft Project together to manage Projects. We’ll show how you can sync a SharePoint task list to Project, so that team members without access to Project, can still participate in task updates. We’ll demo using Microsoft Excel for custom reports and charts, as well go over the standard charts available from Microsoft Project.
