Bob Tyler Bob has more than 25 years of project management experience, primarily in the software development and deployment arenas. An expert international educator, Bob has been extremely effective training clients in project management principles, risk management, and Microsoft Project. He consistently receives outstanding evaluations from both experienced and beginning project managers for his strong teaching and mentoring style. He is skilled in working with clients to discover requirements, developing curricula, providing training, and conducting follow-up mentoring to assist project managers in implementing their newly-learned skills. He has actively been involved in the formation of Project Management Offices, and has consulted on organizational project management maturity.
At Milestone Consulting Group, Bob is the lead educator for Milestone. He has authored numerous Project Management, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Project Server courses, for the 2002 through current releases. He has delivered Microsoft Project and Project Management training throughout the United States, in Europe, and in South America. In addition to teaching, Bob also offers consulting services to Milestone clients worldwide. His clients have been in the insurance, financial services, information technology, aerospace, manufacturing, legal, and health care industries.
