James Bulmer, MCP, MS, MCTS, MCITP, has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University in Montreal. He has over 30 years™ experience as a management consultant. James has assisted a varied mix of organizations, ranging from law enforcement, to pharmaceuticals. He has participated in the definition, development and implementation of a wide variety of enterprise-wide project and portfolio management solutions. He has worked with Microsoft Project since 1997 and with Microsoft™s Enterprise Management Solution starting with Project Server 2002. James is the author of Microsoft Project Server 2010 for Enterprise Project Management and Microsoft Project Server 2013 for Enterprise Project Management books.
