Jigs Gaton is a retiree from IBM Corp who now runs a small consultancy in Nepal, that in part, trains PMs young and old in the finer arts of project management. Jigs works with organizations all over South Asia and Africa, helping them design and improve project plans that incorporate collaborative design and “cut to the chase” thinking. He runs a 3-day workshop that has helped thousands of PMs get started with project planning in a matter of days - not months - by implementing new PM technology into their workflow.
